Is this a problem?

I guess that "198,raw48,Offline_Uncorrectable" is commented out for a reason.

Device: /dev/sg1 [SAT], opened
Device: /dev/sg1 [SAT], SAMSUNG MZ7LM960HCHP-0E003, S/N:xxx, WWN:yyy, FW:GXT3003Q, 960 GB
Device: /dev/sg1 [SAT], found in smartd database: Samsung based SSDs
Device: /dev/sg1 [SAT], not capable of SMART Health Status check
Device: /dev/sg1 [SAT], can't monitor Offline_Uncorrectable count - no Attribute 198
Device: /dev/sg1 [SAT], is SMART capable. Adding to "monitor" list.

No, it is bot a problem, this SSD drive just dont provide it, can be safely ignored.

Hm, stop.

"Device: /dev/sg1 [SAT], not capable of SMART Health Status check"

please try smartctl /dev/sg1 -x and send us results

=== START OF READ SMART DATA SECTION ===
SMART STATUS RETURN: incomplete response, ATA output registers missing
SMART overall-health self-assessment test result: PASSED
Warning: This result is based on an Attribute check.

I see that your controller does not provide ATA output, so SMART status check is unreliable and based on attributes status. Does it connected directly to SATA controller?

It's an LSI 9211 HBA (SAS/SATA) with IR firmware.
