Description
smartctl 7.4 2023-08-01 r5530 fails to read the Self-test Log and seemingly fails to start any short/long self tests with the same error.
Sorry if it's already been reported but I've not been able to find any similar reports.
My device is:

Firmware Version: 731100WD

Yeah, it's a dupe, it all works when I don't specify the namespace.
Weirdly it used to work with smartmontools 7.3 or maybe I misremember.

NVMe self-test support is a new feature of smartmontools 7.4.
