Problem Dell laptops mode Raid-On — at Initial Version

Description
Hello,
I am having problems with Dell laptops that are configured for Raid-On in the bios.
Details in the bios:
RAID ON = SATA is configured to support RAID mode (intel Rapid restore Technology
Unfortunately, I can't switch back to ahci mode
here is the smartmontools command:

Unfortunately all computers configured in Raid-on I cannot retrieve smart information.
Is there a workaround?
