Description
Hi,
It seems that my external Toshiba Canvio Basics 4 TB USB 3 hard drive (part number HDTB440EK3CA) does not appear in the database. So you will find attached a report as mentionned in the FAQ.
Please note that this drive was not automatically accessible via smartctl. I had to use the option
smartctl -d sat

Please provide the USB-Id, otherwise this cannot be changed.
the lsusb command returns :

USB Id 0x0480:0x0900 is already detected by drive database, so -d sat is no longer needed. Please update the drive database.
Leaving ticket open because drive is still missing.
