LaCie d2 PROFESSIONAL 0x059f:0x10b8 works with -d sat

I just bought an LaCie d2 PROFESSIONAL.

And to my disappointment smartctl reported

/dev/sda: Unknown USB bridge [0x059f:0x10b8 (0x001)]

After looking at the supported devices list
I took the chance and used

smartctl -d sat -a

And all works now i get full access to every S.M.A.R.T function and Self Test works.
