The two tickets (this one and #1395) were for two 14tb drives. One was still in the Easystore USB enclosure, the other had been removed and was connected directly to a motherboard SATA port. I submitted them separately to avoid the potential for missing any relevant differences between them based on the USB bridge being involved.
