The two tickets (this one and #1395) were for two 14tb drives. One was still in the Easystore USB enclosure, the other had been removed and was connected directly to a motherboard SATA port. I submitted them separately to avoid the potential for missing any relevant differences between them based on the USB bridge being involved.

The retailer's web page:
https://www.bestbuy.com/site/wd-easystore-14tb-external-usb-3-0-hard-drive-black/6425303.p?skuId=6425303

The vendor's page:
https://shop.westerndigital.com/products/portable-drives/wd-easystore-desktop-usb-3-0-hdd#WDBAMA0140HBK-NESN

I don't have a picture of the drive mechanism itself, as it's now part of a running drive array. I'll try to get a closer look at it when I next bring it offline.
