For what it's worth, the following page lists "KDM-SA-71-008GSJ" in the URL and "Model Number:" field of the Item Specifics section, but "KDM-SA.51-008GMJ" in the item description at the top of the page (so I'm not sure whether or not it exactly applies to this device, but it is at least is a similar one):
The close-up photos of the bottom of the card (i.e. the fifth image down the left side of the page) show a JMF605 chip... but the SMART attributes returned by our device seem to more closely match the "JMicron JMF61x, JMF66x, JMF670" section of the current drivedb.h database....
