Unfortunately I didn't capture Victoria HDD Smart values before putting it into my NAS, but AFAIR those look pretty close to WD120EFAX: https://www.smartmontools.org/ticket/1675
And WD121KFBX was detected as native HGST as well.

Thanks. Interestingly smartctl does not print attributes 189, 191, 211, 222, 223, 226, 230. See also ticket #1675. This should not happen as the number of printed attributes is independent from the drive database.
Does this "Victoria" tool possibly read SMART data via a vendor specific command?
Is this tool provided by WDC?
For further diagnostics, please provide the output of smartctl -r ioctl,2 -i -A /dev/...
as an attachment.

Looks like you are right. Though Victoria is not a WDC tool, it seems it does use vendor specific commands (it calls "IBM super smart") in this case.
Here how SMART looks with that disabled (for WDC WD120EFAX from #1675):

I also attached diagnostics output - just in case.

The debug output looks sane, all provided attributes are printed.
"IBM Super SMART" reminds me that someone requested this as a smartctl enhancement in 2018. We rejected this because no sufficient further information could be provided. It is dangerous to issue vendor specific commands unless it is known that the device supports it. Victoria is apparently only freeware, the source code is unavailable.

Found a way to fetch Victoria SMART from its logs:
Obviously it was captured earlier than above smartctl7.3 output.
